Rental Terms (Oh Snap!)

Booking: Full payment secures your date. Dates are first come, first served.

Location: We need a level 10’×10’ area with standard power (one 15A outlet).

Setup/Strike: We arrive ~60 mins before your start and strike after.

Weather: If outdoor, you’re responsible for cover. If unsafe, we’ll help reschedule.

Cancellations: 7+ days prior: credit toward a future date. <7 days: non-refundable but transferable.

Damages: Renter is responsible for loss/damage beyond normal wear.

Access: Clear path for moving gear; nearby parking required.
